An integral reform was carried out, designing a more up-to-date distribution, creating larger spaces, with much more light.

The entry hall has been enlarged, moving the utility room to the basement and transforming the kitchen into a more diaphanous and less partitioned space. Two bedrooms have also been eliminated to create a master bedroom with a dressing room and a larger en-suite bathroom. The staircase is also cleared by eliminating one of these bedrooms and an open playroom is designed, eliminating the feeling of a corridor and integrating all the spaces. The garret and basement are also updated. The laundry room is now located in the basement, and another parking space is incorporated.
