Ana Hidalgo presented a detailed overview on Spanish architecture highlighting a series of projects done by keynote Spanish architects over the last decades.
In her speech, Ana introduced the aftermath of the Olympics ’92 in Bercelona, the reconversion of the Bilbao metalwork quarters, the Valencian American cup constructions and the transformation of Madrid’s riverbanks.
A special mention was given to Turkish projects in relation to the architectural context while providing similar examples done in Spain.
